Scott Lyman CSP, CHMM 

Scott Lyman has over 30 years of experience in commercial and government in the following areas:

  • Facility and Operations & Maintenance Management 
  • Transit and Logistics Management
  • Environmental Safety and Health Management 
  • Human Performance Practices 
  • Occupational Safety
  • Emergency Management 

Scott has managed over 150+ employees, up to a $65 million budget. He has developed a highly technical knowledge of integrating ESH with O&M of facilities (including nuclear and energy research facilities), transit, and logistics of all types.  

Scott’s Experience 

In the last 30 years, Scott has held positions in the following:

  • ESH Manager
  • Fleet and Transit Manager
  • Facility O&M Director
  • Emergency Director 
  • Adjunct Professor
  • NCO in the U.S. Army

Each of these positions required Scott to be responsible for the safety of personnel in the daily operations of transit operations and facilities. Through these varied experiences, he has developed an in-depth familiarity with DOD, DOE, DOT, EPA, OSHA, and MSHA regulations and extensive experience with emergency procedures. 

Scotts Education and Certifications

Scott holds the CSP & CHMM certifications and has B.S. in Environmental Engineering and M.S. in ESH.   

Scott has a proven ability to lead and organize widely diversified teams in Facility and Fleet Operations & Maintenance, Environmental Safety & Health, and Emergency Management.
