Dusty Hawker is a seasoned safety and operations professional. He has been trained and is experienced in management and organizational leadership. He has functional knowledge working in and supporting represented and exempt personnel.
Professionally trained and experienced in designing, developing, and implementing programs that help companies identify, measure, and minimize potential hazards and risks to employees. He also has transportation, oil/gas field, construction, and industrial experience, with an applied understanding of DOT-CVSA, EPA, NFPA, PHMSA, and OSHA regulations.
Dusty has a B.S. in Human Resources Development from Idaho State University, an academic certificate in Human Safety Performance from the University of Idaho, and two certificates in Professional Development from the University of Utah. He is trained in behavior-based safety and is a human performance improvement practitioner. He is also an authorized OSHA Construction 10/30 hour instructor and a professional driving instructor.
Dusty is a native Idahoan born and raised primarily in southeast Idaho. He has a wife and three children. His hobbies include anything involving his family. Dusty loves watching and coaching his kid's sports teams. He played college football, where he developed a respect and understanding of team dynamics, which he is known for championing.
